- Prepare bid submissions for local, state, and federal projects
- Track timelines, documentation, and proposal deadlines
- Maintain contractor registrations, certifications, and licenses
- Coordinate with owners on project scopes and bid planning
- Track contract fulfillment and invoice requirements for larger jobs
Qualifications & Skills- Strong administrative skills and attention to deadlines
- Experience working with government contracts or corporate procurement is a plus
- Professional written communication and document management
- Able to coordinate with customers, inspectors, and internal teams
- Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
Work Environment- Office-based with coordination across departments
- May involve document scanning, notarizing, mailing, or uploading to procurement sites
- Supports leadership with legal, compliance, and bid-tracking tasks
