Our shop environment allows tighter fit-up, better finishing, and more controlled results, which typically means faster completion and lower overall cost compared to field work. Shop welding is billed at $110 per hour plus materials, and we’ll walk you through the scope up front so there are no surprises.

When the machine cannot be moved and the work must be done on-site, mobile heavy equipment repair is billed at $150 per hour with a $300 minimum to roll the truck, reflecting field conditions, setup time, and the complexity of working outdoors on critical gear. Either way, our goal is the same: restore strength, improve durability, and get you back to work with a repair you can trust.

We show up ready to work with the tools, common materials, and experience to handle real-world jobs in the field. Mobile service is billed at $130 per hour with a $260 minimum to roll the truck, which covers dispatch, setup, and the first block of time on-site. From there, we work efficiently and transparently so you know what it will take to finish the job, what materials are needed, and what options you have if the repair turns into something larger.

We take fit-up seriously, verify alignment and joint prep, and weld for penetration and structural integrity so the final result holds up in the field. Structural and heavy steel work is billed at $150 per hour due to the skill, responsibility, and conditions involved, and we’ll define the scope up front to avoid mid-job surprises. If your job needs engineered specs, code requirements, or coordination with a GC, we can align to those requirements and deliver clean, dependable work that passes scrutiny.
